So I went into one of the dealerships somewhat nearby to poke around this past weekend. I was not really intending on buying a truck (at least not today). With the new model year of Colorado/Canyon coming out, I was somewhat thinking about placing an order for one of them. But... they had a 6.2 LT Trailboss in Dark Ash and I just decided I couldn't pass it up. Anyway, here she is.

So my wife's only real comment was I need some steps for her. Fair enough. After looking around quick, the Go Rhino RB20s look like a reasonable price and style. Anyone have thoughts on those or other recommendations?

I am also going to get a Tonneau for going skiing and such. I am pretty set on the BAK X4s - but anyone have any other recommendations? Also, does the X4s on the Silverado CrewCab come with the T slots?

For side steps I went with the below link from Amazon and they perform very well and were the best price out there. They don't take away from the clearance as a few other options out there and look nice in my opinion. I can get a couple photos later if desired.

Congrats! I just drove a '22(pre-refresh) LT TB 6.2 they had on the lot here locally while I await my '23 Custom TB 5.3 that I have on order. That 6.2 is pretty impressive! I turned around and drove a standard LT w/ the 5.3 and 10spd directly after. The 5.3 isn't lacking, but man that 6.2 was fun. I just figured it would do nothing but get me in trouble, so decided to stick with the 5.3 for my own practicality. The '22 had some hard use and wasn't enough for me to change my order, even with the premium package, leather, sunroof, the works. It was also a short bed w/ the multi-flex, and I'm pretty well set on a standard bed and tailgate. Now, if they still offered the 6.2 in the Custom, I'd likely spend the extra coin...just because.

I have the go rhinos on my TB and I love them. make it easier to get in, look great and keep high clearance

Got my High Clearance steps installed over the weekend. Just in time to be on for the Boss's first snow. Speaking of which, pretty impressed with the Duratrac's snow performance.
