So... I have a 2022 with the hood scoop. Yes, I have the chipping around the corners like everyone else... but... my biggest issue is when the sun is behind me, I get an awful blinding reflection. So my solution was to cut my own matte black vinyl to cover the shiny black. I am pleased with my first attempt, but might alter my cut file depending on how this one works.

EDIt: I saw some on eBay for $35 so decided to do myself for less than $1. (I have a vinyl cutter at my shop)

You should probably go into business selling these. I’d be the first to order. I’m sure there would also be a lot of other TB owner’s interested.
If anyone wants a set, i could do for cost (of the vinyl) plus shipping. Vinyl cost is about $1.75 and postage would be whatever USPS charges... I am not sure how long my vinyl will last in the elements, but for the cost, it will be easy to replace.

I’m definitely interested. How is the Vinland installed ? I live in East Greenwich, Rhode Island.

This is why I decided to do myself... $35 for two stickers(?)... And why I offered to do here for some that wanted for only $9.95 USPS shipping and $1.55 for the vinyl cost... I am not trying to make money.. was just helping other TB owners.

And I’m grateful for that. I also appreciate GETGON’s info. I’m sure this is an annoying issue with TB and ZR2 owners. Can’t understand why GM wouldn’t have picked up on this preproduction. You may consider the blinding light / glare a safety issue.

I dont have any chipping BUT I share the blinding reflection issue. Could you make the piece to where it covers the back 100% ? I get glare from the below the body line and from the center part that is uncovered. I bought the 1s from ebay yea good luck gettin em on straight didnt help manufacturer put the paper on wrong. Seller was kind enough to refund . also spoke to a body shop they wanted over $600 to paint it

Ya think Chevy would have corrected this or issued a recall to have it painted or corrected some way

I've had on mine for a while now... it does help reduce blinding reflection.... but I agree, I am going to probably rework my cut file. I need to take better measurements of the 'lower' center piece and make it go all the way across so as to eliminate all glare. Will probably be a week or two before I get the time to do. Will post when I get another version done. Will try and come up with a way to help with aligning better during the installation since it will be longer and thinner - I just eyed the individuals alignment last time. Thanks for feedback.
