Hello,

I'm here to do some digging and hoping to get some help and advice on my 2020 Silverado Trail Boss 6.2L V8 with only 71k miles but has transmissions issues already.

I hope I can find some resource here to help me get this worked out and not have to spend the $4k-$8k being quoted.

What about the 8 year/80,000 mile federal emissions warrenty. I think it has something about the transmission control unit

Well, I didn't know about that till now as you posted it, but I just got the truck back after dealing with them for a month. Ended up being a stator bearing replacment, which they wanted $4k for, but I was able to talk them down to $2800, so I took that and its done. Not happy about it still, and not sure how long till the transmissions goes bad again...might trade this thing in.

Also reading about that one, seems like it would have been a stretch for me to get them to cover it under that?

Probably would be a stretch. I'm glad you talked them down!
I love my Trail Boss, but ti love her properly I'm gonna have to have an extended warranty. She is beautiful.
