So I bought a 2022 Colorado Z71 back in October 2021. Loved the way the little truck drove and handled. Wife and son complained about not enough room and seats uncomfortable. So found me it’s big brother and traded for a 2021 Trail Boss LT 5.3. Already has everything on it I need except the bed cover. I look forward to participating in the conversations.

I have put a Tonneau on three Chevy trucks now. Also a Bed Rug. On my '07, '11 and my TB.
The first one on my 07 was a different brand name, since then bought out by Truxedo. I prefer the soft, "roll-up" style for its practicality. And I don't live in a neighborhood where I'm concerned about someone cutting it to steal.

The roll-up Truxedo easily allows preparing the bed for a load of firewood, or dirt bikes or whatever. It will also hold more than a foot of snow without problems.

On another note, RE mods: I have purchased my own Flux Core Wire Feed Welder. After some practice, I'll be able to finish my modified Front Receiver myself. Also added a Kinetic Recovery Rope to my gear today, courtesy of a sale price at Murdoch's.

Tekstyle on 3 of my previous trucks (out of business now?) Went wtih Extang snap/rollup on my '16 Sierra. Now went with Extang Trifecta on my '21 - really like the fold up so far.

Welcome, I am in Hoover near Birmingham AL. I went with the Retrax MX for the T-slot side attachment option. I plan to install cross bars and bike trays in order to carry bikes and still have covered storage.
