Welcome and totally agree on the wallet. Starts at a couple dollars here and then it seems after a few years it's tens of thousands. Not to scare you! :ROFLMAO:
Spoken like the bad influence you are! Dang those high clearance steps are pricey....and yes, still glad i went with them :)

You've been counting how much you spent on your truck? I learned a long time ago it hurts less if you don't watch, just like when your mom pulled off your bandaid.

True! I just hear it from the wife over and over! How much now? Should be ex-wife! I have never asked for a dime and pay everything myself. Like I said.... ex-wife........ never hear about it again. The ~ $10K for an LT4 was a, "well I need it!". The other half's need to get over it. I don't own a 100 pair of shoes, and it starts there!🫢:ROFLMAO:

Agreed! I have learned to talk to them in savings.

Her: "You bought what?"
Me: "I bought a fully functional engine at 67% off."
Her: "Oh, okay. Great job on finding an awesome deal."

The convos in my house literally go like that. All women see savings as a good thing regardless of how much it cost. Science has proven they're literally programmed to look at things this way. It's believe this goes back thousands of years during the caveman era. Men were out hunting while women stayed in the village/tribe/etc to take care of the home and children. Part of that role involved trading with passersby or neighboring villages/tribes/etc. It's rewarding to women when they find a deal. They believed they were contributing by trading less and getting more. It's now chemically ingrained in their heads to feel good when there's a good deal that gets seized upon.

Said perfectly. I will equate that better to her! Not that it really matters anymore. :)

I love that color. I refuse to buy a new one until they move the knobs that my left knee hits every time I get in and out of these trucks..
