Noise From Under Cab When Truck Stops

My truck makes a clicking noise from under the cab when it's turned off. I attached a picture, trying to find out what the part may be.

A minute or two after you shut the truck off it will begin to do a system test that sounds like knocking and clicking. Usually lasts less than a minute. Could that be what you're hearing?

Normal. Freaked me out the first time I heard it. It is in the manual, which I read....later.

Yes I also was concerned when I heard this and later read about it in the manual. Do you happen to have the 3.0 duramax? From my reading it appears this sound has something to do with the DEF fluid being pumped or recycled or something. Anyways, supposed to be normal.

Not sure how each manual is laid out for the different trucks, but mine is on page 243 under the Electronic Brake Boost section.
