Ordering off MSRP or under invoice

Hey guys,

I joined this forum to help my uncle out. I recently built a Ram TRX for 9k off MSRP from granger motors and he is interested in ordering a trail boss for himself. Does anyone know of any Chevy dealers that do deals like I got on my truck?

There are none in the south west that I know of. You’re lucky to pay MSRP around here if you can find one.

Is it missing an engine? That’s pretty amazing even with this softening market, congrats!

Many areas are still charging MSRP or will discount it a few grand. Be careful with those dealers that claim 5k off when no others in the area are doing so, as they will offer that kind of discount and then tack on something like a “protection package” that is grossly overpriced.

Many ethical dealers are honoring employee or supplier discount which is typically 6k or 4k off MSRP respectively (plus any current incentives).

The MSRP on a '22 Trail Boss Custom w/ 5.3 is well under the $56K

You can order a new '23 for less.

Mine came through after a 9 month wait right at MSRP (well it isn't quite fully built yet, still waiting on at least 1 chip to get my backup sensors to start working). I was expecting some solid dealer mark up but had plenty of time to really let them know where I stood on that front.
