Outcalling call quality issue via bt/android auto

So not sure if anyone has an idea. So inside the truck for me it's perfect. But my wife and others informed me that my call quality sounds pretty bad, my voice seems to come thru fine but they say it sounds like theres shuffling, rattling sounds that get WORSE when I'm moving.

That's the kicker is when I'm sitting at a stop sign or parked etc... The shuffling stops. When I am moving and the faster I'm going it ramps up.. Sometimes worse than others.

I have tried just Bluetooth, android auto etc... Doesn't seem to matter either way.

Bought the truck in may and it wasn't doing it, this was something new only like 2 weeks ago.

Anyone have any ideas? It's a 23 TB.

Not sure how the mic is installed, but maybe the mic itself is moving up above the headliner causing the noise. The mics are above the little screens in the roof I would assume. There's one on each side so that's why I'm thinking there's two.

I'll have to take a look. Hmm the only thing about that is why would it be ok when Im sitting still and then bad when I drive? That's the thing that drives me nuts is it changes... But maybe something is brushing against the mic.
