Please help me understand offset

Can someone please help me to understand offset and how to interpret what what offset would get me to the goal I’m wanting to achieve with stuffing 325/65/18’s on my 2020 Trail Boss. I do not want wheel spacers, so what lift would I need in addition to the stock lift it already has would it need along with what offset wheels would I need to get these tires to fit.
