Problems charging Hi beam bulbs

I have a 21 Trailboss custom and for the life of me I can’t get the high beam bulbs to rotate into position. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated

I have a 19 and the bulb changes where a bit of a bitch. not much space and getting them to seat correctly simply took time. I tried to raise each bulb out in the position they came and put the new one in my hand the same way. may not help much if the bulbs are out. good luck

So after many tries and many more cuss words I got them in. I taped a small dowel rod to the bulb and it provided me enough leverage to turn them. Probably not the best way to do it but they are in and work.
