Radio/knob issues

So noticed this on my test drive, the volume and tuner knobs for the radio glitch out. A couple of different things happen.
1. When tuning either knob the screen will flicker on/off and just go completely black, only way to get the screen back is by hitting the Home button.
2. When turning the volume up or down it will mute then go up or down on every single turn of the knob.
3. Absolutely nothing happens. I can turn the knobs and push the power on/off and there will be no response.

Had it scheduled for the dealer they weren’t able to fix it and I will have to go back since they have to order more back ordered parts.

So for now I can only use the controls on the steering wheel to control volume.
Anyone else have/having this issue and do you know what the fix is? I’m guessing just a whole new infotainment system

Your power button is shorting out when you turn the knob. It does not sound or look like it's turning properly.

Warranty should replace it… good luck with the dealership.

The amount of radio updates I have had to do since these trucks have come out is amazing. I am assuming that your dealer tried to update it first? Also the radio is seperate from the controls/display making it harder to diagnose.

the dealer finally got the backordered parts in, based on the invoice they had to replace the radio and controls
