Is anybody running Timbren or SumoSprings on their Trail Boss? If so, let's start a discussion. Thanks.

I have Timbren's on my Trailboss, added a 1" spacer to put them up 1" off of the lower block when unloaded. I had them on my previous truck as well and really liked the feel when towing, much less side to side sway, very stable feel when towing.

What part number did you install, do you remember? I chatted with their engineers today and was given a "special order" part number that's fitted for the TB.

I ordered from etrailer.com

Timbren Suspension Enhancement System - Rear Axle

Item # TGMR15MR

I also added a 1" additional spacer and purchased 1" longer bolts. They also have 1/2" spacers you could use for a little more travel unloaded.

When I ordered mine it’s meant to fit trail boss and standard Silverado’s. I was skeptical until it got on the hoist. There was no welding required. Was slightly difficult getting on the original bolt (hard to tell what size socket was needed) up inside the stock bump stops that have to be removed. But I hate trucks that sag with a load/trailer. Well worth the money

How easy is this install? Will the bracket need to be welded to the frame?
No welding necessary. Remove stock bump stop and install using provided hardware. I did also remove the lower portion that is mounted to the axle that the bump stop sits above to give myself more room to work when reinstalling the timbrens.
