Hey, fellow TB’ers. Chris from Texas here.Bought a 2021 5.3 LT in August. I traded away my 2018 LT custom blacked out model (w/ the factory black striping). Before that I had a 2001 Silverado. I’ve always had 5.3’s and have never been disappointed. My 01 has 320,000 miles on it. Thought I would miss my 18 and feel guilty that I don’t ha ha. My model has the sunroof and the flex tailgate. Installed the OEM LED bow tie (had one on the 18), a Lund Revolution bull bar and an Aeroskin 2 deflector. Loving the looks so far. Having Amp power steps installed next. I’ll be swapping the grill badge, side badges and bed decals with all black versions. Will let you know how it goes. TRYING TO FIND THE AFE or similar EXHAUST DELETE OPTION FOR 5.3? Seems cheap and easy. Am I just blind? Thanks in advance. Eyeballing the Pulsar LT as well.
I have the Cold Air Induction intake on order. I’m seeing I may need the actual GM intake tune done? Well, here’s some pics. Cheers!

Just ordered the Magnaflow Direct-Fit Muffler Delete kit from AmericanTrucks. Got an open box for $78 plus tax. Says open boxes may have cosmetic scratches (who cares, right?) and could be missing hardware and / or instructions. It only has two clamps. I'll risk it.

You may want to hold off on those upgrades until its had time for lifter failure and trans problems or they will try and use that against you when you have to have it serviced for catastrophic engine failure. Chances are that new truck will spend more time in service department than in your driveway

Wow...sman is full of anger. Sorry yours is having issues. Maybe you should seek out a better dealership to solve your problems. Sounds like yours sucks.

(side note: My new 2021 TB dropped a valve spring with 231 miles on it. Was I happy? No. Did my dealership fix it in 45 minutes? Yes. I get it...its very disheartening but a good dealership can take care of that. )

Update. Swapped my grill badge for blacked out version. Pain in the arse for sure. Lucky I didn’t break it. On the flip side the black side emblems from Amazon were mint. 3M adhesive etc. Look sweet.
