Refresh 360 / back-up guidelines disappearing

So it has happened to me a few times when I have some gear or materials in the bed in that the park assist / back-up camera guide lines disappear and there is an hourglass icon on the screen. See photo below.

Seems like a very odd thing and I can only think that perhaps the truck's inclinometer is triggered (unless there is a hidden scale in the truck I am unaware). All times the truck is not majorly loaded (at least to my perspective), just with some rocks or firewood, or the weirder case of family gear and coolers on a road trip. That said, I do see the paltry ~1600lbs payload on the door sticker...

My '22 refresh does the same thing, and it's completely unassociated with anything loaded. Mine has progressively gotten worse, all updates are present, and the last time it was in for service, the dealer stated they updated the software via hard cable and said it should fix it. It didn't.
