Refresh Cup Holder Removal

Without me prying and snapping something, is there any method to remove the front cup holders as well as the holders on the rear of the console? I can’t find any answer.

Starts on page 42 for dismantling the center console to gain access to subwoofer. You may not need to do all the steps obviously since you just want to gain access to remove cupholder. This also may not help you at all. But it looks like it shows removing side trim, then once in hopefully you can see how cupholders are attached

Thanks, but after looking, I'm just interested in pulling the rubber inserts to clean them well - not do an engine swap.
