Removing stock exhaust

I was wondering if it is possible to remove the stock exhaust without cutting the old one out or without lifting the truck. I am planning on putting on a louder exhaust on mine but I don't have any way of lifting it besides the ramps I use for oil changes. And I really don't want to cut into my stock exhaust unless I really have to. Im trying to save some money by doing it myself. Thanks
