Replacement water heaters

Does anyone else really not like the tankless camping water heater. We dry camp a lot and it feels like we waste a lot of water getting to the right temperature. Then when trying to conserve water by turning the shower on and off you get that blast of cold and have to wait for hot again... not a fan so far anyways

As much as I'd love to help, I can't help. I bought my truck because I was going to buy a travel trailer. COVID priced me out of the travel trailer market. Now I'm almost at the point of giving up on getting one because the kids are growing up.

I need to replace the water heater in my 2017 travel trailer, it has a Suburban heater in it now. Has anyone put in a tankless RV water heater and if you have which kind and what kind of installation did you use?

I installed one in my coach don't remember the brand , used shark bites to install
