Rhino sport bar 3.0

I put on a Rhino Sport bar 3.0 on my TrailBoss last week and the damn thing is SOOO noisy in certain conditions (i.e. above 100km/h when cold (below 0c) and humid maybe? Does anyone know how to stop the noise? What is generating it? Is it the holes on the sides? or what? I'm currently driving it across the country and I'd love to fix the problem...

FYI:
I figured something out.... (fast roadside fix) I taped the underneath of the bar and it stopped whistling... now I,m looking for a more... "esthetically pleasing" solution...

Where did you tape? Underneath the bar between it and the bedcap?

At the top of the roll bar where the two big tubular pieces meet and run parallel across the width of the truck, but underneath the roll-bars themselves, it's a big rectangular empty open space.

Gotcha. Depending on size of gap, maybe like some 3M foam/weatherstripping type tape. Probably would want to mount lights/run wiring, if you’re gonna do that, first then seal them in.

Yeah! Good idea for the foam thing! Thanks!! I never thought of that! For now the tape works but I will be mounting a light bar so I need something more permanent than the Gorilla-All-Weather tape that I bought as the "temporary" solution, because we all how permanent a "temporary fix" can be, right? hahahaa! cool. thanks again!
