Hi all! I just purchased and installed the RC hidden winch bumper with a 12k lb winch on my 2020 Custom TB. Overall the install was pretty easy and only took me about 4-5 hours. The biggest issue is that the instructions weren't very accurate. Several very important details were left out, which led to some headscratching on my part. The bottom corners of the bumper don't exactly cover everything as the stock one does. Overall though it's a good kit and accomplished what I expected it would.

If anyone else has used this kit, how did you wire the RC switches into the cab?

This is on my TO DO list for my truck this year. Probably not going to install a winch to start. I don't have a reason to have one really, but want the option to add one if I want one later. I plan on replacing the corner cube lights with actual fog lights. I'm debating between the GM Upfitter switches or the AUX Beam switch kit.

That bumper has a nice, clean look. And still badass.

However, and just FYI for all reading this ... it is unlikely, IMHO, that there is a similar product to fit a 2021 or later model year. They have quite apparently changed many details of the underside of the front end. A Front Receiver that I ordered, and that was "confirmed to fit" did NOT fit at all.

Buyer beware: even if they claim a product will fit in this area of a 2021 Trail Boss ...

I'm in a similar situation. I've never needed a winch in this truck yet, however I might soon. Just a warning, if you install without the winch, you have to remove the entire bumper again later to install the winch.

It hardly fit my 2020 custom TB. I had to make several small modifications and a few runs to ace hardware for some extra pieces I needed. It's definitely not plug and play.

Very nice! Agreed on the spool, I have to remove my front skid plate just to get a hand on it. How did you route your light cables to the inside of the cab?

I just tapped into original factory fog light harness for those which operates with factory switch… and for the light bar went along steering shafts and placed that switch just under instrument cluster gauges.
