RSI SMART CAP

The RSI Smart Cap has Arrived.... Took 2.5 hrs to assemble and install. This is the second one I've built so it went a bit faster. Its a two person job. Man is it worth it! What an awesome Cap. I have the roof bars ordered and they'll be in Monday. Once I have them mounted, I'll post a few updated pics. I will be using my old Roof top tent temporarily for a upcoming hunting trip. I am hoping to get a new Tent ordered in the near future. So what do you think?

That thing is badass. It would be perfect if the TB had a "midgate" like my old Avalanche. A lot of guys didn't get the Avalanche thing but it was incredibly functional. With the midgate folded down your bed and cab would be one continuous sealed space for sleeping flat and camping. A cap like that would make it even better.

Rethinking the RSI. It is now up to 7-9 months delivery. Shoot I could total it by then. LOL They said until they get there second facility up and running the lead times are going to be way out there. Might customize an ARE or Ranch.

I'm not a big fan of truck bed caps in general, but I do like the look of this one!

I know the feeling. I hunt, fish and camp quite a few weeks out of the year and with the Wife, Dog and Gear I really had no other good options.
This shell is well built and very sturdy. Right now I am curious if it will hurt or help my Mpg....
