I know many of us that bought the custom trail boss have complained about the seat hieght and the lack of adjustment. So I tried a sitter kit from Ohio diesel parts. Simple set up $56.00. It seems to work well. I set up the from with a 1” block and the back with a 1-1/2” block. I haven’t nailed down the perfect combination but check it out.

I opted for a more expensive but in my mind more stable and solid bar system. Came across these (2nd version) looking a seat risers(19 TB). There are made by nice gentleman that makes sure you get the right version. I got riser sets for both seats and glad I did considering what Chevy did with seat positioning.

I looked at those but got a little cheap. It was $120x2 or $56 x 2. The blocks I installed seem to be solid. I have a long drive today so I’ll get a good feel for how thy are.

Totally agree, spendy for sure. The block versions may be perfectly fine ! Either way the end result is the lift.

By the way. How much hight did you add. I’m thinking I went a bit to high with the 1” front and 1-1/2” in the rear.

Omg... I'm new to this. I haven't had a truck since they made square bodies! I've been a jeep girl. I'm 5'4. This would be awesome!

Both products mention are great. The one I ordered cost less. Very easy to install.

I have a new kit from seating solutions for ‘21 trail boss custom. The 1.5 inch rise was a bit to tall for my girlfriend. I’ll sell it half price if anyone wants to try it. Contact me at [email protected]

I am vertically challenged and used the same kit. I also ordered the plastic cover that covers the seat track from the side and trimmed it so it covers the gap to give it a clean look. It was 11 bucks at the dealer. I will post a pic as soon as I get home.

I like to drive with the seat tilted upward, at the front. You think a seat riser is what I'm looking for? These Silverado seats don't adjust anywhere near as much as my 2016 Impala's did.

With the blocks you can place a taller set of blocks on the back and a shorter set in the front. So far so good. It hasnt been a problem since i installed it. Ive been wanting to compete the passenger side.

Just installed the 1.5" blocks this morning on my 2019 Custom that I bought new... Super happy I can finally see over the hood after 3 years! I was able to remove the plastic trim retainers from the seat rails and with a little trimming get them to fit under the blocks and keep the side panels in the original location.
