Hello all! New to the forum. Trying to decide whether I should level my 2020 Chevy Silverado Trailboss Custom with 20k miles. I know it would sure look good but nice to keep them factory I do know. I plan on keeping this truck a good while so don’t want to do anything that may mess me up down the road.

Any plans to tow much?

I just leveled my 24 , I was the same way but after studying it to death calling numerous dealers, 4wd shops and rough country themselves. I had a local dealership put the 1.5 inch level kit from rough country made for the Trailboss on mine. The dealership had it in stock as a matter of fact and said people do it all the time .Looks great level and.did absolutely nothing to my warranty. Still drives like a Cadillac but the rake is gone!

the stance is so much better when level. I recently got the Readylift 1.75" level kit and she looks so much better straight away. If you're keeping fairly stock i'd recommend the mudflap delete, too. Those two things make a huge difference appearance wise.

I wouldn't unless you're going with much bigger tires. The rake is there for a reason. If you level it just know it will sag in the rear with just a small amount of cargo.

good point. i have noticed more of a sag in the back with fairly light cargo on the bed. 😒

I was thinking go up one size from the factory’s. My dad leveled his at4 and had the issue of sagging in the back so he had a 1 inch block put in the back and fixed the issue.

have you or anyone else on here used airbags in the back to compensate?
