Hey everyone! I have 2021 trailboss. Just ordered new wheels and and tires. They are recommending a 3/8 - 1/2 in wheel spacer due to the new caliber design. Has anyone dealt with this yet?

Yes. Not a big deal. Depending on what size and offset the new wheels are will determine how thick the spacers need to be to clear the calipers.

I went 22x10 with -19 offset on 33x12.50 tires. The wheel has a 4.75 back spacing.

Custom Offsets recommends a 3/8" spacer with EVERY aftermarket wheel purchase going on a 2019 or newer Chevrolet Silverado 1500 to ensure proper fitment.
*Based on different manufacturers not every wheel will need one, but most will.

Yeah I saw that. But I called them just to double check and they say it’s hard to tell what exactly you need. 3/8 is just a standard recommendation. Said it just depends on the wheel. So I guess I’ll find out here the next week or so.

His -19 offset should push the tires out about 2in past the fenders

22x10 -18 with 33x12.5 tires

Pretty much the stance that I’m wanting. Just real concerned about these spacers. Like I said I’ll wait and see once everything arrives. I’ll post updates as more information comes in.

I guess the concern is you’re losing 3/8in of stud threads which is substantial. Hopefully you can get away with a 1/4in spacer or none at all.

Not my truck.
Im running a ReadyLift 2” level kit with 295/70s on stock 18in wheels and 1.5in wheel spacers. I had to do the mud flap / front wheel liner mod. Not visually noticeable and zero rubbing👍
