Hey! Need some help seeing if this setup will work.

I bought Toyo open country AT3 35x12.5x17 E along with the black rhino Abram wheels 0 mm offsett.

I was looking at the bilstein 6112 with 5160 rear. 1.2” additional lift. Will this setup work with the tires?

it will, remove the liner supports and push the liners back as far as you can...some trim the liners as well. Mudflap delete will also be an item you will want unless you like chopping them up.

Would 0mm offset cause the tire to interfere with any anything in the wheel well?

They have -18mm offset, 0mm, 6 mm options . I don’t want my tires to stick out the fender like crazy. I prefer a little small amount of tire sticking out so that it’s clean looking . Which option would match best? I wonder if anyone has pictures

Every time somebody asks about offset I post this video so they understand what it is and how it effects steering and interference with fender/bumpers.

below is a 11.5 wide tire....
1st on a 10" -18 offset
2nd on a 9" 0 offset

i dont have a better shot of the 0 offset as of now...i need to do some really good ones. but the 0 or 6 would be perfect for you wants...as much as i hate spacer, a 6mm may be in the future for looks until i decide on another wheel for the year.

It isn't all about IN the liner...as you go more negative, you increase scrub.

That wears ball joints, cause clearance issue with sheet metal and makes turning worse

As the Pontiac slogan used to be "Wider is Better" meaning wide track, not just wide wheels. Truck handles so much better with both the 2" spacers with the stock wheels and the -15mm offset aftermarket wheels I run for summer.

But pontiac did it correctly, wide with HIGH OFFSET WHEEL (POSITIVE), the way most do it here, they just add more lever arm to the parts that like to fail anyway...BALLJOINTS.

I’m running almost the same setup as far as suspension goes. 6112s in the front at full height and 5100s in the rear.
Tires are Toyo open country 315/70R17, about 34”. Wheels are at a -12 offset. I did remove the liner supports and pulled the liner back. Also added mudflap delete.
I do still have some minor rubbing at full turn, but nothing too bad.

I have almost that exact setup.
6112 in the front 5160 in the rear with a cognito UCA. and Falken 35 x 11.5 at4's on 20 x 9 zero offset. it rubbed a little on the mudflap and the front of the wheel liner.

For the the front liner it is attached to a plastic brace. I drilled a hole in the brace and zip tied it forward to a bumper brace. In the rear I removed the mudflap bracket. Clipped the mud flap back temporarily and made a mark with a screw driver from the back side on the lowest bracket mount and dill through the mud flap and re attached with one of the bracket bolts. I put 5 washers in it to keep the mud flap from pulling away from the fender. I hope that makes sense. I doesn't rub at all.
