So I have a 20 trail boss and am having an issue with the sway bar links touching the axle. When I turn right its a metal to metal sound. I have a 1.5 inch leveling kit and upgraded upper control arms from rough country installed. I'm also running 33 and half toyo mts on it. Anyone else ever have this issue? I'm starting to think they installed my sway bars backwards

Here’s a couple photos

Mine has a gap of at least 1/2inch.
I have a ReadyLift 2inch level kit with their UCAs and 34in tires.
Does your sway bar rub on the driver and passenger sides? Maybe it is bent?

Did you buy it new or used? If used, I'd check to see if there are any signs of an accident. Something is definitely not right there.

Hey man. Did you ever get this fixed? Mine looks the same way lol

Not sure if your TB is leveled but here’s what I found.
Thanks man. Yeah it has a level kit on it. Got it a month ago it’s a 21 from a dealer just took it for free oil change the mechanics like “you need to call the lift manufacturer and see if they have a sway bar relocation kit”. Did a quick google search and found a YouTube video on depth with part number for these links. Just ordered some. Thanks for your help!

The previous issue I saw on this was someone reinstalled the swaybar backwards. Try removing it and turning it over and put it back on.

my Fox 2.5 Coilovers came with a 1/2' t PLATE, that relocates the sway bar slightly to the rear.
