If other colors can have their own thread then so can us Cypress Graylings.

Color code GBD (green by definition?) I guess it could have also been called Soylent Green (if that rings a bell, then you are old, like me )

As was previously mentioned in these forums GBD is unlikely to return in '27 for the 5th gen model and may not be available in later '26. As of today I can still go into the configurator and choose it; it will be interesting to see if that is the case after the new year. It doesn't matter to me either way, I like miine.

To explain, they assume a lot, predict a lot, but don't always know a lot!

However, talking with a GM employee yesterday, Cypress gray was NOT a popular color and GM is known to drop and change colors year-to-year on a whim by some marketing genius.

It is a very polarizing color - seems you really like it or really don't; my wife does NOT like it. "Dull green" she calls it.

I want to do that as well, when it warms up enough,...in May. I was able to get the 3D tailgate emblems on before the snows hit.

I agree. It would have the feel of that Chief Blue on the Jeep wranglers in 2017. Sure, there are other blues but not THAT blue. I wouldn't mind having that effect with the Cypress Gray lol

This would be the color I would probably want if I was going to trade my 24 in. Either this or the riptide blue. I am very happy with my slate grey thought lol.
