Time for a Sand Dune thread.

Oh, yeah ... THAT'S a great color. I was a desert rat in southern california during the '80s. Sand and pea gravel, dirt bikes and firearms. Fun.

Ordering my TB next week. Trying to decide between Sand Dune Metallic and Northern Bluesky. Just haven’t seen the sand dune in person and not too many pictures so it makes me nervous. How close is the color to the Toyota tan?

It’s darker than the Toyota color. Pictures do not do it justice. I was nervous to begin with also, but when I saw it in person I am very happy with it. I get complements on it every day.

Thanks. I agree it must play tricks with the camera. Some photos look light, others dark. Some make it look like flat paint and the metallic shines through in others. I appreciate the info. Yours looks sharp!

Thanks. I’m still working on it. Blacked out badges, tinted windows are already done.
I have Readylift SST 2” lift, HD Pro HD1 20x11, and 35x12.50r20 Baja Boss A/T ready to go on.
Just need time to get it done.

What Flares are you using? Great looking TB !

Mine is Silver Ice ,but that was the 1b choice for me. The wife hates that color unfortunately.

Rough Country SF1 Flares. Silver is my usual color. Took a chance on Sand Dune, glad I did.
