Happy memorial day to everybody, I have a question. My truck is equipped with the blindspot monitoring, I want to upgrade my side mirrors to the bigger tow mirrors. I’ve talked to my local dealership and they said I can’t put the tow mirrors on the truck because of the blind spot monitoring. The dash should read service blind spot. Can anyone tell me if this is accurate or if any company makes a work around for this issue? I would think GM would make those tow mirrors with the blind spot in the mirror just like the small ones. Any help is appreciated.
