Can't make it to the store so I ordered my oil/filter online. I noticed this brand "Triax" and the offer a 0W-40 that's GM Dexos'R compatible apparently. Still waiting for the Dexos rating on Mobils normal 0W-40. Anyway, just wanting to know if anyone's heard of this brand before.

Never heard of them anywhere. Looks like it's made in Houston TX. Expensive at $17.99 a quart. GM now says you can use FS European spec 0W40 in it's latest dealer bulletin. It's been listed as Dexos R spec on Mobil1's website for a long time, but the bottles don't say the spec on any I've seen in stores. Not sure if it's old stock or they haven't updated the labeling. I only found 0W40 Supercar Mobil1 at one large Auto Zone and they only had one quart. It was $13.99 a quart vs $12.99 a quart for FS European Spec. At Walmart you can get the FS oil for $27.95 for a 5 quart jug.

Yeah, the Mobile 1 0W-40 Full Synth is what I've been using even w/o the Dexos spec. I couldn't get to the store today, so I ordered my oil online.

It's cheaper to get 2x 5QT jugs, use 8QT's w/ 2 left over, next time but a 6ct 1QT box using the left over 2QT's in the one jug.

Didn't hear about the updated info regarding just using the Euro Spec 0W-40 so that's nice.

0W20 I was buying the 12 quart box at Walmart. They don't carry the 0W40 in the 12 quart box that I've found.

Cheaper to buy 2x 5 QT jugs for $28 each. Use 8 QT's, with 2 QT's left over.

Next time, but 1x 6ct 1 QT box, or 1x 5 QT jug, and 1 QT loose.

Most cost effective solution. Also, I switched to 0W-40 w/ my 6.2 at like 24k miles or something, currently at 36k miles. And during those first 0W-20 oil changes, I added a a viscosity thickener because 0W-20 has sh*t sheer protection after a bit.
