Installed a 1 1/2" level kit from Rough Country. Now, there is zero rub with 295/70R18 Cooper tires. I pulled up next to a Ford Raptor and felt gigantic. These mods along with a Cold Air Inductions intake and GM Cat back exhaust makes this truck a beast. The final piece, and I agree with everyone who says this mod is absolutely necessary, is the Pulsar LT module that I used to disable DFM, change auto start/stop default to "off", adjust speedometer to tire size and have 5 levels of throttle response at hand at any time. Level "5" will spin the tires if you do more than breathe on the pedal. Fender flares and red caliper covers are the only mods left I have planned at this time.
do you have the leveling kit number ?

Added a few things today:
S&B CAI- gives TB more punch when getting on the gas. Better growl on top of muffler and flapper delete.

Pedal Commander- eliminates all lag. Instant go!

Installed bilstein 5100 rear shocks. The stock ranchos were too soft and bouncy. We will see how they ride later today.

I've had the 5100s on the rear for 2 weeks now, huge improvement. I plan on having the front done as well.

One of the few things I dislike about my TrailBoss is the front passenger seat height. So, this weekend I will be installing a seat lift kit that raises that seat up. I ordered it from a gentleman on eBay who has a company called Seat Solutions. As soon as I ordered he called to ask me if I had any questions, and wanted to thank me for purchasing. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. If you're looking to do the mod, I would recommend looking him up.. He even has an installation video on youtube. This will be one of many laundry list items I want to do to my truck to dial it in the way I like it..
nice find. I'll prob. get one. That seat height difference has always bothered me. I figured the only fix was to replace the whole damn seat. $60k truck, but the passenger seat was evidently modeled after that of an 86 hatch back Ford Escort. Rock on GM. Thanks. makes sense...

Here is one of two projects I made for my Trail boss. It allows me much easier access into the bed.

The second project is a bumper to protect the Trail bosses factory bumper. I like to back into parking stalls and one time I forgot to use the rear camera and backed into a sign. Hopefully this will help me prevent that mistake again.

Put 1.75" level on back in March with 295/18 yokahoma x-at tires on stock wheels. After about 6000 miles noticed noise from UCA. Replaced them with Rough Country UCAs and added 2" wheel spacers today. All I can say is if you level, swap out the UCAs. Rides and handles much better and the angles are a SIGNIFICANT difference. Had to pin back the wheelwells to clear everything.

Tinted windows, soft trifold tonneau, Magnaflow Big Block muffler, and the best mod, added the Pulsar Lt… no more dealing with dynamic fuel cylinder cut off and no more having to disable auto start feature.

I just put the seat kit on order . My wife is 5’ 8” and says riding in my truck is like sitting in a hole.
