What's new

What did you do to your Trailboss today? 🛠️

It should arrive tomorrow so will let you let you know. I too am worried about glitches and fitment but like i said with American Trucks willing refund within 30 days its worth the risk to me. They claim that they have tested with no issues so we will see.

Fyi got the Pulsar LT yesterday, just about ready to put in and was reviewing some other forums about potential grounding issues and found that others are seeing that its fine for a few thousand miles then throwing codes right and left, remove the Pulsar and all is fine. Would be worth the risk if it was a few but it was a lot of people seeing that. Talked with American Trucks and they will only refund for 30 days (understandable). I am not willing to take that chance, sent it back for refund and gonna wait for more stable product.

New member here. Just about a year in on my '20 TBoss 6.2. I just removed a Retrax Pro XR Tonneau and put in the Decked drawer system and an RSI Smartcap. Time will tell if this set up works best for my lifestyle. It seems that anything is a sacrifice in some way. This is my first pick up after 15 years of Suburbans so still trying to hit my stride!

Unscrew the bottom section....a drain valve would be perfect.
Do you have to remove the whole unit to empty the 3 ounces of oil? Wouldn't really want it to just dump on everything.

The bottom unscrews off, its kind of like a-small cup, sort of.... shouldn’t make a mess with a little caution.... but a drain valve would be great. I may have to install one at a later date when I’m emptying it.

Got a Gator EFX hard tri-fold tonneau cover

I ordered the Gator efx. How do you like it?
Well built?
Thanks
It feels very sturdy and well made, the rails and clamps fit perfectly. i adjusted it as perfect as i could so that The tailgate could come down with my remote and yet it has a good seal when i put it back up. There is no light coming in through at all. Only bad thing was it took like 3 weeks for me to get my cover, Gator said they were on back order / manufacturing them or something.
