I am putting 22x9-in Wheels with a 31mm positive offset and 33x12.50 tires do I need to run a wheel spacer? when I test fitted the wheels I didn't have very much clearance between the wheel and the caliper

Why do you want to run a positive offset? A 22" wheel will fit fine with the caliper clearance. But the tires might rub on your brake line or other parts

That's just the offset that's on the wheels I bought

typically on a truck you will want to run a negative offset. Especially when running large tires. I made that mistake when i was a kid. Didnt pay attention to the offset and when i made a left turn, the tire caught my brake line and snapped it.

Wheel design dictates whether a spacer will be needed. I have -15mm 20x10 wheels but need to use a 5mm front spacer to clear the ridge on the caliper.

Agreed. But the original post says they have a 31mm positive offset wheel. Which is massively inwards to the chassis.

Stock wheels are either +31 or +35mm. I know the 20's are 9". I can't remember if the 22's are 9.5 or 10" on factory wheels.

stock TB 20" is right at 28 offset

the casting ridge on the caliper is the biggest issue with offset and fitment.

i have 2 sets of 20x9 with Zero offset...one fits fine, the other rubs the ridge and needs a 6mm spacer and a slight shave to the caliper

The wheels are 22 inch voxx SSI reps which are 2023 Denali replicas the stocks wheels are 18's I'm not sure of the offset I put on the rough country 3.5 m1 loaded struts and 3.5 upper control arms I know the stocks do not have very much clearance between them and the caliper which is why I was wondering about the wheel spacers I bought a set of 1/4 inch spacers just wondering if I need more than that
