Window sticker error

Hi everyone, I purchased a 2022 Trail boss Ltd Lt end of March, the factory window sticker listed drivers memory seat and outside side mirrors, we talked to the sales rep about this option and he confirmed the option and benefits of having it as we only drive 1 vehicle.
Turns out this truck does not have this option, it’s a window sticker error ?.. then not even 30 days old the infotainment system stopped working, new one was ordered but with supply problems it took until now to get fixed (almost 3 months of quiet travels uggg)
I went to another dealership where they had a similar 2022 Ltd Lt Trail boss on their lot and found it had the same error on the sticker, I had a discussion with the salesman about the option and was told that it’s not installed due to chip shortage and would receive a notice from GM when to bring it back once chips are received (WOW) all they want to do is sell and at any means
I believe this window sticker error should be addressed by GM what are your thoughts?

Window sticker error or not, did you pay for this option that isn't there? If so, I'd say they owe you something.

My '22 came without chips for park assist and heated seats, but there was a price deduction on the sticker for the missing chips. They say I'll get a call someday once the chips are available, but I'm not holding my breath. They gave me a free year of the Chevrolet app as compensation, but I find the app almost useless and I'd prefer if GM didn't know everything I'm doing with my cell phone.

There response was sorry but this model of truck does not have this option but could provide a $200.00 service credit as compensation, crazy eh

I took it up with GM first then the sales manager, the offer came from GM

I’d look to see another truck with a sticker with your options and the actual price. Something tells me there would be more than $200 difference

I too have a 2022 TB LTD LT 6.2 that I am waiting on for the heated seats and steering wheel chip, The parking assistance needs its chip too. I bought the truck in March and still waiting for the chips to be installed. My window sticker did show a credit for those items to be retrofitted later. Mine also shows credit for the remote start /stop but the remote does start and stop the truck?

Curious did your window sticker list memory drivers seat and outside mirrors, mine has no stop start on tachometer but showed a 50 dollar credit on the sticker, mine was equipped with heated seats and steering wheel along with park assist which touch wood are all working

GM states no prices where added for the option as option is not available in this model, error is a printing error only ?

My window sticker does not show the memory seats or mirrors as yours does. I would think that your truck should have it or maybe it's a chip issue for a later retrofit? Does your truck have the buttons for the memory seats and mirrors?

No and that’s GM’s point its a printing error as it not an available option, all I tried to do is bring it to their attention so no one else gets wrongful information. Never had this option before and wish I new about the 1&2 buttons for settings, I would have caught it before purchasing, my mistake
