Zone Offroad Leveling Kit

I just got the zone installed. Upgraded to 295/70r18 cooper discover at3 xlt on stock 18” black wheels and they rub on the new control arms at tight radius. They are very close to the control arm I am waiting on bora 1.5 wheel spacers that are lost with fed x.

Thanks for your response. Do you think the factory 18" wheel/duratrack combo will rub at all without adding wheel spacers ? I planned on doing 1.5 wheel spacers when having the kit installed but was told because the shop was an official inspection station they could not add the wheel spacers. I guess its a Pennsylvania thing.

The stock duratrac is an inch narrower then what I put on so you may be ok. Zone notes states will accomadate stock wheels. A good video to watch is delorenzo he put the zone on but used 5/8 spacer.

Thanks for the info. Is that video on you tube ? I searched for the user delorenzo with no luck. Can you post the link ?

Just FYI anyone looking like I am, they discontinued the old leveling kit, and are working on a new one. I don't know what the details of that are. I just spoke to them this morning because I went to order the 1.75in level with UCA, it's no longer available on their site. They told me to check back in a few weeks.

edit: Their customer service is quick, they're changing from fabricated steel UCA to a new cast UCA, everything else remains the same.

Thanks for the heads up on this. I appreciate it.

Sure thing, they did say it's not on the site yet, but you can call and order from them directly, which is likely what I'll do soon. The old part number was ZONC1172 which is changing to the new part number ZONC1173

Just had the Zone 1 3/4" Leveling kit and UCA's installed. I also had 1" Bora spacers added and 285/75R18 Toyo Open Country AT3's. Had the setup on for 2 weeks now and so far so good.

Baz, the spacers fit with no issues. The stock wheels have cutouts on the rear so stud length isn't an issue. What pics are looking for and I'll post them?

I second Baz on more pics haha. I'd like to see how much the rim and tire poke out. I was trying to decide on 3/8" or 1.5". I didn't know a 1" spacer was an option! Thanks Bud

Here you go! I was hoping for a little more poke. I think the 1.5" would be perfect.
