ZR2 Tires on a Trail Boss

Can, ZR2 33 inch tires fit on a Trail Boss, stock, with out rubbing or having to make modifications?
I actually just installed the 33" tires on my Trail Boss, the Goodyear Territory MT's. No rubbing at all, that's why I went with that size. I knew the wheel wells were the same size on the ZR2 as my Trail Boss, that was part of my reasoning. And I can still fit chains on there because the tire isn't any wider than the stock Trail Boss tires. You will need to adjust your speedo if you can, otherwise you will be going a little faster than your speedometer says at highways speeds. No difference at slower speeds. I also adjusted my TPMS settings to be at 38 PSI instead of 41 PSI, because the ZR2 calls for 38 PSI. No more low tire lights lol.

My factory 20” wheel/tires are 33” on my ‘23.
Are yours smaller than that?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the 20 inch rims come with 265/60R20's? If so, that is slightly taller than the tires on the 18" rims at 32.5". The 275/65R18's come in at 32.1". I know most people just say that the Trail Boss comes stock with 32's.

So you got the Dueler AT's instead of the Goodyear Territory MT's? That wasn't an option in 21. The 20" wheels only had the Goodyears in 265/60/20. Guess too many people complained about noisy tires when buying a truck designed for off roading with MT's. I saw they had been offering AT's for the 18" wheels since 22. I have a set of take off Dueler's from an AT4 that I'm running on aftermarket 20x10 wheels for my summer wheels. I'm not sure there's any changes in speedo calibration as I've been running these wheels/tires for a couple years and the road side radar is usually right on or within 1mph with the 275/60/20s. Standard trucks with the 20" wheels get the 275/60/20's. Not sure why the Trail Bosses got smaller tires.

What is your level kit? A-arms included?

No a-arms yet because the 35's are too close for aftermarket ones. Leveling kit is a lower spacer that might be .75".

I have a set of Zr2 struts that I plan on installing maybe next week and use the same leveling kit.

Awesome thank you, that’s great confirmation.
