Okay, this might be a dumb question, so sorry for that.

I have noticed when shopping on line for parts and accessories, if a site like American Trucks, asks for vehicle information that includes color, if I select 2022, my color isn't listed, but it is for 2023.

I know I have a refresh, as I have the large screen and all that. Would it be better to shop under 2023 vice 2022?

I ask because I had a 99 Silverado years ago and had many instances there someone would try to sell me parks for a C/K series, vice the silverado and they were NOT the same.

if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck....

i say that, as even by year...there could be a few instances were things are different....and those sites would not know. if you looking at BODY parts, trims ect...order by the year looks, unless you know it is drastically different.

electronics, ORDER BY YEAR... my 23, was a SINGLE listed year not showing when looking for a MAF sensor from the aftermarket...took several months later due to locating a 5V source they didnt expect.
