Just as the title says Apple Carplay is not working. It is greyed out but my phone is bluetooth connected fine. I removed it My Chevrolet connection from Carplay and rejoined it and nothing it just says retry. Anyone else having these issues?

Although my truck is a 2019 and the tech is older I had a similar problem. I ended up deleting all the paired phones from the truck and starting over with just mine. Also reset everything in my phone before re-pairing. Has worked fine ever since. Between family and friends there were 20+ phones paired.

My phone was the only phone added to the truck. But I did remove from both the carplay app and from the trucks console and blue tooth and re-pared them back and still got the same situation. I thought read here something about a soft reset of the console, but I can't seem to find the article.

I've never found the secret handshake combination of buttons for a reset on the entertainment system for my truck. Disconnecting the negative battery terminal and waiting a few minutes has solved a couple of electrical glitches for me...

May try resetting the infotainment screen by holding down the end call button on the steering wheel with the truck running in park. Essentially a soft reset. Don’t know if it’ll help CarPlay though

Other suggestion most of which it seems you’ve tried but it atleast has a list for when CarPlay is greyed out
Thanks, I will these instructions a shot.
