Love the tires. Much more quiet than the good years it came with. Also does great on snow.

I haven’t done anything to the suspension because I’m afraid of losing 4wd auto. I love using it in snow/ice

MINIMAL rubbing in reverse sometimes. I could easily trim the felt wheel well and eliminate it completely

Added amber led grille lights today to join the cool kids raptor club. I was originally going to go with the Avs light shield, but I noticed that they now say it is not compatible with the Trailboss for some reason?

Got to get on some trails near Colorado Springs today. This truck comes alive when it hits the dirt!

finally got around to changing out the bedside decal to a black one to match all the other blacked out emblems. Really easy mod to do, took about 20 minutes to do both sides.

Taped off the original location to help with placement on the new. Used a heat gun to help remove the old decal

Soap and water to place the new sticker then wait a few hours for it to dry

Added amber led grille lights today to join the cool kids raptor club. I was originally going to go with the Avs light shield, but I noticed that they now say it is not compatible with the Trailboss for some reason?

Install was fairly straight forward, put a fuse tap on #40 to turn on the lights with ignition. Most difficult part was taking the grille off.

Tomorrow the plan is to remove the factory silver/red Trailboss stickers on the bed and replace it with the black version I got from Amazon.

If I get confident I may try to plastidip the chrome part of the front bow tie to black. Pics to follow tomorrow

I got the smoked lenses so they are less obvious when the truck is off. They are wired to be on whenever the truck is running.

Went to play in the snow this weekend around Divide Colorado. The trailboss did amazing through snow, deep ruts, off camber, tight switchbacks and shelf roads, and even a frozen/slushy creek crossing. I think the next upgrade is going to be 1.5" spacers to allow me to use chains. I dont have enough clearance to run them now with the bigger tires.

I just ordered my lights but I got white (white truck) and I hate amber. How did you mount yours to the grill?

A healthy amount of hotglue

So far no issues at all

If you don’t like the amber they offer white also, I went with the white. Going to put my lights in next week.

Like the build! Thinking of ordering the same size tires. They are slightly bigger than my stock tires and I haven't changed any suspension yet either. Hoping I also have no issues with fitment but I need something quieter than my stock tires!!
