Went off road in my 19 trail boss and a large branch hit my fuel tank I think and about 3 minutes later it died and so now I have a no crank issue… my bi directional scanner says ignition voltage high , can the fuel pump and or pump module be the issue?? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Since a large branch hit underneath near the fuel tank, I would be thinking more about damaged wiring than the fuel pump or the module itself.
Even if the fuel pump or its wiring were damaged, the engine should still crank—it just wouldn't start. A no-crank condition as you mentioned points elsewhere. Since the branch struck underneath, I would look along the frame rail near the fuel tank for torn wiring harnesses, crushed connectors, or pulled-out ground wires and also look farther forward to see if anything was knocked loose. I would think your scanner should give you an actual DTC so if you have that, it should at least help you narrow it down somewhat. But, it does look as though you ripped out a connector or whatnot, so I would trace wiring from your fuel tank/fuel pump control module wiring and harnesses and move toward the front of truck.
