Google assistant stopped working

I just stated having issues with Bluetooth connection. I need to manually connect when I start my truck. I called Chevy dealership and they said there is a software or OS recall. I need to bring it in and the dealership needs to update manually from the GM website. Not sure if this has anything to do with your issue but wanted to share.

Might be worth a call, I'll do that tomorrow for sure.

Yea it just seems weird, like it doesn't seem it's just lacking a data package.

the only difference would be having a hot spot from he vehicle for wifi....which my I phone does anyway.

but again, my android is a better map, carplay is far better sound
