Headlight Housings (2025 Trail Boss Custom)

So I recently busted my passenger side housing on my truck driving it though the woods. Can’t seem to find any housings that aren’t OEM. They headlights are Halogen and I replaced the stock ones with really bright HIDs. Spent around $400 in total on them. Don’t really want to have to switch to LED housings unless they’re LED strips with Halogen bulbs.

But I can’t seem to find any. A brand new housing from AC Delco is $700. So is a used one from local salvage yards off of totaled trucks. Does anybody know of a company that will make a set of houses (driver + passenger side) for $700-1000? Need to find something fast since I can’t even really wash my truck in fear of the headlight getting wet. And I get it muddy weekly for work and it also rains a lot here (Mississippi).

Yeah I mean they don’t even have any for a 2025. Going all the way back to a 2023 they don’t have anything. I just need to know how far I can go back in years and I should be able to find a set with someone.

i know they don't HAVE, them...but a start would be to call and see if they plan to, or would.

you would be surprised how these things start...AlphaREx has been working with Andrew form Just Diesels (aavblanc) for a while now, they have developed lights for older rigs and some newer ones as well.

Yea I get what you’re saying. Kinda like getting pre runner bumpers from DirtKing when they don’t make them for a 2025 yet. The difference is I need a housing soon lol. I don’t feel like waiting months for a custom order from anybody unless it’s an entire set.
