New to trailboss but returning to Duramax and stepping down from 2500 for the first time 
. 2026 Silverado LT TB 3.0DMX. I'm still a believer in the DM brand and quality but my first week with the TB was a tough one. Various warning lights, on and off for a couple of days in that first week. Resigned to stop at dealer on Thursday after my first fill up, but the truck wouldn't start. Two jumps from friends and no cranking, no clicking, nothing. Called 1-800 support and waited out a tow for 1 1/2hrs. They wanted to try to fix it in the pump lane and didn't have the wheel lift bars. Another 1 or so for a 2nd truck, same problem. 3rd truck finally towed to nearest dealer. No loaner, no added interest/concern in a failure before 400 miles. No communication for 3 days and unable to reach anyone myself. Escalated with the 1-800 folks too. After reaching no-one at the dealer Monday afternoon, I posted a 1-star review as online those seemed to ellicit a concerned response. Went by the shop on Tuesday AM and they were very much less than helpful. The truck was in a bay by now and I left frustrated with their attitude. 1 hour after I left I got a text from the service manager saying he'd been made aware of my 1-star review and as such I should find somewhere else to have my truck repaired. He told his tech to stop work, push it out of the bay and insisted I have it towed "off their property" ASAP. The next dealer found the issue to be the main ground under the chassis but couldn't secure a part from Chevy for an unknown time. 1-800 contact seemed to shake one loose from the factory and I got the truck back at 23 days. Since then it's been excellent and I'm excited to enjoy it for years, just a bit of a rocky start in coming back to the brand. Looking forward to reading up on others stories and mods.
