How to get "surveillance mode"

I have a 2021 Trailboss LT- looking to find a way to get "GM 5J3 surveillance mode" enabled on my truck. I am doing a lot of predator hunts and need to kill all exterior lights and when this feature is turned on, and I add a ground to pin 21 on my BCM X6 connector, from what I am researching, can allow me to achieve my goal.

I do a lot of nighttime predator hunting and want to kill all e terior lights as I'm traveling through my fields.
