I installed RC seat covers on a 2022 refresh TB

Do they work with the seat warmers? Only reason I’m hesitating

Yes, they work fine with seat warmers. I used the seat warmers a lot last week as I was in Western NY for the Holidays with temps in the single digits and could feel the heat even through a sweatshirt. Had to turn off the seat warmers after a while because I was getting too warm from them.

If someone wanted to remove these covers on occasion for cleaning, would they be a PIA?

The front seats would be fairly easy, the top part and headrests just slide off and the bottom has a few hooks/clips underneath. The rear seat would be a PIA, the bottom seat you might be able to get off without too much effort but the back of the rear seat needs to be removed to install/de-install.
