Largest spacers before extended lugs

I run 2" spacers with my stock wheels which are technically adapters since they bolt on and have lug studs that are also hubcentric. Been running them for 3 years now since I use the stock wheels as winter wheels.

My opinion is that Spacers push the wheel away from the hub and Adapters do the same thing but also change the bolt pattern.

Been running these 1.5in spacers for over 4yrs. I torque them every time I rotate the tires. Zero issues

Did you have to trim the wheel lugs? What size tires are you running?

295 70s on factory 18s.
No trimming of studs necessary.
