Thanks. If I had a "redo", I would go with RC 1.5 level instead of zone. Auto 4wheel still works fine though. Overall I like the setup.

Curious as to why the RC over the Zone if you were to redo, and why you originally went with the RC UCAs over the Zone option. Just trying to narrow down what direction I want to go.

would be adequate.

Wow thats close haha!! I have purchased the Rough Country Forged UCA. I wonder how close those are to the tires? Do you feel this is too close for comfort? I feel I'm that close right now on the stock UCA I have now. I'm afraid the RC will be a little closer. Im not the most mechanically inclined. Is there any risk for them ever touching at full flex?

I haven’t seen the forged aluminum RC ones but they are probably about the same dimensions as the stock ones just with adjusted geometry to retain stock angles.

If I use a 6mm spacer would I be able to use the factory studs? Or will need to install larger ones?

That’s less than 1/4in so you’ll be fine.

RC 1.5in level with RC forged control arms part# 29501, Bora 1.25in wheel spacers, Bfg Ko2 285 65 20. The ride is much noticeably better than stock with the RC forged ucas. I had absolutely no rub with this set up (level, arms, and tires) prior to using the bora spacers. Once the bora spacers went on, I had to remove metal bracket behind fender liner and trim the mud flap a little bit. Zero rub at all now even at full lock.
