New Rad and hose concern

Hi everyone, wonder if someone can verify something for me. My 22 month old truck (2024 Silverado Trail Boss LT 3.0 ) just got a new rad (spotted the leak in my garage floor) The rad itself was leaking and they replaced it under warranty, so all good there. I've never had a rad go this early on so I am a little concerned on the quality of my truck. Its another thing to add to the list of issues its seen.

Anyhow, I looked under the truck once I got it back from the dealer (just to look) and seen a hose with a zip tie around it. To me it looks out of place and shouldn't be there, but also why is the hose so visible and open below the truck. It is a "trail boss" after all. It would be very easy for a stick to puncher this hose if I take it off trail. I do go hunting in the fall thus why I purchased such a truck.

See pictures, does anyone else's truck have this zip tie and hose so open. The dealer told me they are all like this.... thought id ask...

I went out to look under my truck but then realized you have the 3.0 and I have the 5.3. Totally different setup, sorry can't help you with that.
