Software Update Issue

Anyone get the message that the vehicle cannot check for updates? The section in the infotainment system is grayed out. When I click on it it gives me an error message that it cannot check for updates.

My truck is a 2026 LT fyi.

I no longer accept updates because a past one made a malfunction happen on my rig. IMO, I would not worry about accepting "any" updates. Does everything work properly "now" on your ride? If so, I wouldn't do an update, but that is what I do because I just think why do an update if everything runs fine and works fine. It just may be that now I have a bad taste from the malfunction of a past update.

Everything works fine. Just got that message in my app. Guess next time I go to the dealer I’ll address that.
