Squeak/friction sound when turning steering wheel

Has anybody seen or heard of this issue before? Truck has less than 200 miles on it and I just started noticing this friction sound but the video tells the tale. Wondering what this is and if its safe to just squirt some dry teflon lube into the area I describe in the vid?

Fixed the steering wheel squeak!

It was due to a sticker where the steering column shaft meets the floorboard, rubbing against foam material down there. Take a look--maybe if you have any other customers complain about a squeaky sounding steering wheel at various points when turning it you can derive a service bulletin out of this ha ha.
