There’s gotta be a reason GM installs different shafts on these trucks.
I’ve read that they are longer. I’ve read they have higher articulation ability. Could be both. Either way there’s a difference.
There’s been debate on here whether they are needed or not. I guess if you put a 2” lift on a standard truck with standard shafts and only use it as a grocery getter you would say they aren’t needed.
Any guys have experience of a 2” lift on a standard 1500 that leaves the pavement
with the standard shafts?
Are the #85838010 shafts truly needed?
